[User Story 080]	As a Developer, I want to receive notifications when a bug is assigned to me, including all relevant details, so that i can prioritize and begin trobleshooting problems effectively.
[User Story 081]	As a developer, I want to update the status of bugs I am working on, icluding adding comments and time estimates, so that project stakeholders are informed of current progress.

• Developers receive notifications (e.g., email or system alert) when a bug is assigned to them, including bug details. (Test Case)

• Assigned developers can update the status of bugs (e.g., "In Progress", "Resolved", "Blocked"). (Test Case)

• Developers can add comments and time estimates to assigned bugs. (Test Case)

• Project stakeholders can view real-time updates on bug status and developer input. (Test Case)
