Our team has evaluated each issue from Sprint 2 and distributed the tasks accordingly among team members. For each issue, we have provided comments explaining the decisions made and the next steps to be taken.

By Friday, February 7th, every team member is expected to study the materials mentioned in the issues to ensure a clear understanding of the tasks and requirements. Additionally, minor updates to the OPF and SITE pages should be completed as part of routine maintenance, focusing on low-effort improvements.

This structured approach ensures that all team members are aligned with the sprint objectives while maintaining essential documentation updates.

The team finalized the selection of Epics to work on and initiated a detailed study of the associated features and user stories for evaluation. As part of this process, team members familiarized themselves with the Epics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope and objectives. Additionally, updates were made to both the OPF and Site pages to reflect the latest developments. To streamline collaboration and facilitate version control, the necessary Git repositories were also forked into the team's project, enabling a structured and efficient workflow.

The team members collectively decided to copy the relevant issues and user stories associated with the Epic of interest to the Core GitLab repository. They ensured that the Epic was correctly set to match the corresponding Epic in the Excel or Mural documentation. This alignment was crucial for maintaining consistency across project tracking tools, facilitating seamless collaboration, and ensuring that all team members had access to the most up-to-date information.

After today’s scrum meeting, each team member continued to work on the OPF (Operational Project Framework) documentation. A significant point of focus was the need for time estimations for each feature. These estimations are critical as they will allow us to draft a more accurate budget proposal. While we have quite a few features on the table, it is uncertain whether we can complete all of them within the available time frame. This will become clearer as we proceed, but for now, the priority is ensuring that the backlog is ready for work.

The major tasks ahead are the creation of the epic roadmap and the offer. The epic roadmap is a key deliverable, outlining the overarching goals and milestones for the project, which will help guide our work and ensure alignment with the project’s strategic vision. In parallel, the offer, which likely includes the project’s scope, budget, and resource allocation, needs to be discussed further to ensure we have a comprehensive and realistic proposal.

Moving forward, it is important that we continue discussions around these two tasks, particularly focusing on finalizing the epic roadmap and refining the offer. This will ensure that we have a clear direction for the project and can manage expectations effectively as we proceed.

Today, we made further progress on the OPF by setting up the necessary links and initiating work on the risk management plan. Additionally, I have gathered the estimated hours required to complete each feature, providing a clearer overview of the workload distribution (hours per feature).

The roadmap and budget are still pending finalization, but I have received approval to draft an initial version for both. We will review and discuss these drafts on Tuesday. Once certain steps are completed, I will share the relevant information and links for further collaboration.

Overall, our documentation and project materials are in a solid state. Given our current progress, I am optimistic that wrapping up everything after this weekend will be a smooth process. I will continue updating the current status as we finalize the remaining tasks.
