After returning from the winter vacation, we officially started Sprint 4 today. As part of the transition, we successfully completed the Sprint 3 closing process, ensuring that all pending tasks were reviewed, necessary documentation was updated, and any unresolved issues were properly addressed.

Following the closure of Sprint 3, we initiated the planning phase for Sprint 4 by assigning user stories to each team member. The assignments were made strategically, taking into account both their areas of expertise and personal interests, to ensure optimal productivity and engagement. Each team member now has clear responsibilities and objectives for this sprint, setting the stage for a smooth and efficient development process.

We are now focused on the execution of Sprint 4, with regular checkpoints and collaboration to ensure steady progress.

Each team member has started working on their respective user stories, taking the time to familiarize themselves with the requirements and the scope of their tasks. Some have already begun implementing their features, while others are in the process of finalizing their designs and planning their next steps. Overall, the team is on track, and work is progressing according to the planned timeline.

During the implementation phase of the course the strategy of "less talking, more acting" has been implemented. This approach makes it possible to focus on the most relevant things instead of binding everyone discussing something that's not related to them.

After the daily scrum and discussing about the solution to some bottle necks the team continued their work.
